1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GEOSignalBoost ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

GEOSignalBoost is a SaaS platform for Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). The Service helps businesses optimize their content to be cited by AI search engines including ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and Google AI Overviews.

3. Accounts and Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • One person or legal entity per account.

4. Free Trial and Billing

  • New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with full access to all features.
  • No credit card is required during the trial period.
  • After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using premium features.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
  • Abuse the Service by automated means exceeding normal usage patterns.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

Content you create using the Service belongs to you. The Service itself, including its design, code, and branding, is the property of GEOSignalBoost.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process data in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. GEOSignalBoost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy and the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Italy.
